At-Talaq Pencerahan 12 ayat بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ اِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ النِّسَآءَ فَطَلِّقُوۡهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَاَحۡصُوا الۡعِدَّةَ ‌ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ رَبَّكُمۡ‌ ۚ لَا تُخۡرِجُوۡهُنَّ مِنۡۢ بُيُوۡتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخۡرُجۡنَ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ يَّاۡتِيۡنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ‌ ؕ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰهِ‌ ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰهِ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهٗ‌ ؕ لَا تَدۡرِىۡ لَعَلَّ اللّٰهَ يُحۡدِثُ بَعۡدَ ذٰ لِكَ اَمۡرًا Yaaa ayyuhan nabiyyu izaa tallaqtummun nisaaa'a fatalliquuhunna li'iddatihinna wa ahsul'iddata; wattaqul laaha rabbakum laa tukhri juuhunna mim bu-yuutihinna wa laa yakhrujna illaaa any yaatiima bifaahishatim mubaiyinah; wa tilka huduudul laah; wa many ya 1. Wahai Nabi! Apabila kamu menceraikan istri-istrimu maka hendaklah kamu ceraikan mereka pada waktu mereka dapat menghadapi idahnya yang wajar, dan hitunglah waktu idah itu, serta bertakwalah kepada Allah Tuhanmu. Janganlah kamu keluarkan mereka dari rumahnya dan janganlah diizinkan keluar kecuali jika mereka mengerjakan perbuatan keji yang jelas. Itulah hukum-hukum Allah, dan barangsiapa melanggar hukum-hukum Allah, maka sungguh, dia telah berbuat zhalim terhadap dirinya sendiri. Kamu tidak mengetahui barangkali setelah itu Allah mengadakan suatu ketentuan yang baru. فَاِذَا بَلَغۡنَ اَجَلَهُنَّ فَاَمۡسِكُوۡهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ اَوۡ فَارِقُوۡهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ وَّاَشۡهِدُوۡا ذَوَىۡ عَدۡلٍ مِّنۡكُمۡ وَاَقِيۡمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلّٰهِ‌ ؕ ذٰ لِكُمۡ يُوۡعَظُ بِهٖ مَنۡ كَانَ يُؤۡمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ وَالۡيَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ‌ ۙ وَمَنۡ يَّـتَّـقِ اللّٰهَ يَجۡعَلْ لَّهٗ مَخۡرَجًا Fa izaa balaghna ajalahunna fa amsikuuhunna bima'ruufin aw faariquuhunna bima'ruufinw wa ashhiduu zawai 'adlim minkum wa aqiimush shahaadata lillaah; zaalikum yuu'azu bihii man kaana yu'minu billaahi wal yawmil aakhir; wa many yattaqil laaha yaj'al lahuu 2. Maka apabila mereka telah mendekati akhir idahnya, maka rujuklah kembali kepada mereka dengan baik atau lepaskanlah mereka dengan baik dan persaksikanlah dengan dua orang saksi yang adil di antara kamu dan hendaklah kamu tegakkan kesaksian itu karena Allah. Demikianlah pengajaran itu diberikan bagi orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat. Barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah niscaya Dia akan membukakan jalan keluar baginya, وَّيَرۡزُقۡهُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَحۡتَسِبُ‌ ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى اللّٰهِ فَهُوَ حَسۡبُهٗ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بَالِغُ اَمۡرِهٖ‌ ؕ قَدۡ جَعَلَ اللّٰهُ لِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدۡرًا Wa yarzuqhu min haisu laa yahtasib; wa many yatawakkal 'alal laahi fahuwa husbuh; innal laaha baalighu amrih; qad ja'alal laahu likulli shai'in qadraa 3. dan Dia memberinya rezeki dari arah yang tidak disangka-sangkanya. Dan barangsiapa bertawakal kepada Allah, niscaya Allah akan mencukupkan keperluannya. Sesungguhnya Allah melaksanakan urusan-Nya. Sungguh, Allah telah mengadakan ketentuan bagi setiap sesuatu. وَالّٰٓـىٴِۡ يَٮِٕسۡنَ مِنَ الۡمَحِيۡضِ مِنۡ نِّسَآٮِٕكُمۡ اِنِ ارۡتَبۡتُمۡ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلٰثَةُ اَشۡهُرٍ وَّالّٰٓـىٴِۡ لَمۡ يَحِضۡنَ‌ ؕ وَاُولَاتُ الۡاَحۡمَالِ اَجَلُهُنَّ اَنۡ يَّضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّ ‌ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّـتَّـقِ اللّٰهَ يَجۡعَلْ لَّهٗ مِنۡ اَمۡرِهٖ یُسْرًا Wallaaa'ii ya'isna minal mahiidi min nisaaa 'ikum inir tabtum fa'iddatuhunna salaasatu ashhurinw wallaaa'ii lam yahidn; wa ulaatul ahmaali ajaluhunna any yada'na hamlahun; wa many yattaqil laaha yaj'al lahuu min armrihii yusraa 4. Perempuan-perempuan yang tidak haid lagi menopause di antara istri-istrimu jika kamu ragu-ragu tentang masa idahnya maka idahnya adalah tiga bulan; dan begitu pula perempuan-perempuan yang tidak haid. Sedangkan perempuan-perempuan yang hamil, waktu idah mereka itu ialah sampai mereka melahirkan kandungannya. Dan barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Dia menjadikan kemudahan baginya dalam urusannya. ذٰ لِكَ اَمۡرُ اللّٰهِ اَنۡزَلَهٗۤ اِلَيۡكُمۡ‌ ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّـتَّـقِ اللّٰهَ يُكَفِّرۡ عَنۡهُ سَيِّاٰتِهٖ وَيُعۡظِمۡ لَهٗۤ اَجۡرًا‏ Zaalika amrul laahi anzalahuu ilaikum; wa many yattaqil laaha yukaffir 'anhu saiyi aatihii wa yu'zim lahuu ajraa 5. Itulah perintah Allah yang diturunkan-Nya kepada kamu; barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Allah akan menghapus kesalahan-kesalahannya dan akan melipatgandakan pahala baginya. اَسۡكِنُوۡهُنَّ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ سَكَنۡـتُمۡ مِّنۡ وُّجۡدِكُمۡ وَلَا تُضَآرُّوۡهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوۡا عَلَيۡهِنَّ‌ ؕ وَاِنۡ كُنَّ اُولَاتِ حَمۡلٍ فَاَنۡفِقُوا عَلَيۡهِنَّ حَتّٰى يَضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّ‌‌ ۚ فَاِنۡ اَرۡضَعۡنَ لَـكُمۡ فَاٰ تُوۡهُنَّ اُجُوۡرَهُنَّ‌ ۚ وَاۡتَمِرُوۡا بَيۡنَكُمۡ بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ‌ۚ وَاِنۡ تَعَاسَرۡتُمۡ فَسَتُرۡضِعُ لَهٗۤ اُخۡرٰى ؕ‏ Askinuuhunna min haisu sakantum minw wujdikum wa laa tudaaarruuhunna litudaiyiquu 'alaihinn; wa in kunna ulaati hamlin fa anfiquu 'alihinna hattaa yada'na hamlahunn; fain arda'na lakum fa aatuu hunna ujuurahunna waatamiruu bainakum bima'ruufinw wa in ta'a 6. Tempatkanlah mereka para istri di mana kamu bertempat tinggal menurut kemampuanmu dan janganlah kamu menyusahkan mereka untuk menyempitkan hati mereka. Dan jika mereka istri-istri yang sudah ditalak itu sedang hamil, maka berikanlah kepada mereka nafkahnya sampai mereka melahirkan, kemudian jika mereka menyusukan anak-anakmu maka berikanlah imbalannya kepada mereka; dan musyawarahkanlah di antara kamu segala sesuatu dengan baik; dan jika kamu menemui kesulitan, maka perempuan lain boleh menyusukan anak itu untuknya. لِيُنۡفِقۡ ذُوۡ سَعَةٍ مِّنۡ سَعَتِهٖ‌ؕ وَمَنۡ قُدِرَ عَلَيۡهِ رِزۡقُهٗ فَلۡيُنۡفِقۡ مِمَّاۤ اٰتٰٮهُ اللّٰهُ‌ؕ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللّٰهُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا مَاۤ اٰتٰٮهَا‌ؕ سَيَجۡعَلُ اللّٰهُ بَعۡدَ عُسۡرٍ يُّسۡرًا Liyuntiq zuu sa'atim min sa'atihii wa man qudira 'alaihi riquhuu falyunfiq mimmaaa aataahul laah; laa yukalliful laahu nafsan illaa maaa aataahaa; sa yaj'alul laahu ba'da'usriny yusraa 7. Hendaklah orang yang mempunyai keluasan memberi nafkah menurut kemampuannya, dan orang yang terbatas rezekinya, hendaklah memberi nafkah dari harta yang diberikan Allah kepadanya. Allah tidak membebani kepada seseorang melainkan sesuai dengan apa yang diberikan Allah kepadanya. Allah kelak akan memberikan kelapangan setelah kesempitan. وَكَاَيِّنۡ مِّنۡ قَرۡيَةٍ عَتَتۡ عَنۡ اَمۡرِ رَبِّهَا وَرُسُلِهٖ فَحَاسَبۡنٰهَا حِسَابًا شَدِيۡدًاۙ وَّعَذَّبۡنٰهَا عَذَابًا نُّكۡرًا‏ Wa ka ayyim min qaryatin 'atat 'an amri Rabbihaa wa Rusulihii fahaasabnaahaa hisaaban shadiidanw wa 'azzabnaahaa 'azaaban nukraa 8. Dan betapa banyak penduduk negeri yang mendurhakai perintah Tuhan mereka dan rasul-rasul-Nya, maka Kami buat perhitungan terhadap penduduk negeri itu dengan perhitungan yang ketat, dan Kami azab mereka dengan azab yang mengerikan di akhirat, فَذَاقَتۡ وَبَالَ اَمۡرِهَا وَكَانَ عَاقِبَةُ اَمۡرِهَا خُسۡرًا Fazaaqat wabbala amrihaa wa kaana 'aaqibatu amrihaa khusraa 9. sehingga mereka merasakan akibat yang buruk dari perbuatannya, dan akibat perbuatan mereka, itu adalah kerugian yang besar. اَعَدَّ اللّٰهُ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا شَدِيۡدًا‌ ۙ فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ يٰۤاُولِى الۡاَ لۡبَابِ ۖۚ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا ۛؕ قَدۡ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰهُ اِلَيۡكُمۡ ذِكۡرًا A'addal laahu lahum 'azaaban shadiidan fattaqul laaha yaaa ulil albaab, allaziina aammanuu; qad anzalal laahu ilaikum zikraa 10. Allah menyediakan azab yang keras bagi mereka, maka bertakwalah kepada Allah wahai orang-orang yang mempunyai akal! Yaitu orang-orang yang beriman. Sungguh, Allah telah menurunkan peringatan kepadamu, رَّسُوۡلًا يَّتۡلُوۡا عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ مُبَيِّنٰتٍ لِّيُخۡرِجَ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ مِنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوۡرِ‌ؕ وَمَنۡ يُّؤۡمِنۡۢ بِاللّٰهِ وَيَعۡمَلۡ صَالِحًـا يُّدۡخِلۡهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَبَدًا‌ؕ قَدۡ اَحۡسَنَ اللّٰهُ لَهٗ رِزۡقًا Rasuulany yatluu 'alaikum aayaatil laahi mubaiyinaatil liyukhrijal laziina aamanuu wa 'amilus saalihaati minaz zulumaati ilan nuur; wa many yu'mim billaahi wa ya;mal saalihany yudkhilhu jannaatin tajrii min tahtihal anhaaru khaalidiina fiihaa abadan qad a 11. dengan mengutus seorang Rasul yang membacakan ayat-ayat Allah kepadamu yang menerangkan bermacam-macam hukum, agar Dia mengeluarkan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan kebajikan, dari kegelapan kepada cahaya. Dan barangsiapa beriman kepada Allah dan mengerjakan kebajikan, niscaya Dia akan memasukkannya ke dalam surga-surga yang mengalir di bawahnya sungai-sungai; mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya. Sungguh, Allah memberikan rezeki yang baik kepadanya. اَللّٰهُ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ وَّمِنَ الۡاَرۡضِ مِثۡلَهُنَّ ؕ يَتَنَزَّلُ الۡاَمۡرُ بَيۡنَهُنَّ لِتَعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ وَّاَنَّ اللّٰهَ قَدۡ اَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عِلۡمًا Allaahul lazii khalaq Sab'a Samaawaatinw wa minal ardi mislahunna yatanazzalul amru bainahunna lita'lamuuu annal laaha 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadiirunw wa annal laaha qad ahaata bikulli shai'in ilmaa 12. Allah yang menciptakan tujuh langit dan dari penciptaan bumi juga serupa. Perintah Allah berlaku padanya, agar kamu mengetahui bahwa Allah Mahakuasa atas segala sesuatu, dan ilmu Allah benar-benar meliputi segala sesuatu. أَسۡكِنُوهُنَّ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ سَكَنتُم مِّن وُجۡدِكُمۡ وَلَا تُضَآرُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُواْ عَلَيۡهِنَّۚ وَإِن كُنَّ أُوْلَٰتِ حَمۡلٖ فَأَنفِقُواْ عَلَيۡهِنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّۚ فَإِنۡ أَرۡضَعۡنَ لَكُمۡ فَـَٔاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَأۡتَمِرُواْ بَيۡنَكُم بِمَعۡرُوفٖۖ وَإِن تَعَاسَرۡتُمۡ فَسَتُرۡضِعُ لَهُۥٓ أُخۡرَىٰAskinoohunna min haisu sakantum minw wujdikum wa laa tudaaarroohunna litudaiyiqoo alaihinn; wa in kunna ulaati hamlin fa anfiqoo alaihinna hattaa yada’na hamlahunn; fain arda’na lakum fa aatoo hunna ujoorahunn; wa’tamiroo bainakum bima’roofinw wa in ta’aasartum fasaturdi’u lahooo ukhraa Lodge them [in a section] of where you dwell out of your means and do not harm them in order to oppress them. And if they should be pregnant, then spend on them until they give birth. And if they breastfeed for you, then give them their payment and confer among yourselves in the acceptable way; but if you are in discord, then there may breastfeed for the father another woman. Yusuf AliLet the women live in iddat in the same style as ye live, according to your means Annoy them not, so as to restrict them. And if they carry life in their wombs, then spend your substance on them until they deliver their burden and if they suckle your offspring, give them their recompense and take mutual counsel together, according to what is just and reasonable. And if ye find yourselves in difficulties, let another woman suckle the child on the father’s behalf. Abul Ala MaududiDuring the waiting period lodge them according to your means wherever you dwell, and do not harass them to make them miserable. And if they are pregnant, provide for them maintenance until they have delivered their burden. And if they suckle your offspring whom they bore you, then give them due recompense, and graciously settle the question of compensation between yourselves by mutual understanding. But if you experience difficulty in determining the compensation for suckling then let another woman suckle the child. Muhsin KhanLodge them the divorced women where you dwell, according to your means, and do not treat them in such a harmful way that they be obliged to leave. And if they are pregnant, then spend on them till they deliver. Then if they give suck to the children for you, give them their due payment, and let each of you accept the advice of the other in a just way. But if you make difficulties for one another, then some other woman may give suck for him the father of the child. PickthallLodge them where ye dwell, according to your wealth, and harass them not so as to straiten life for them. And if they are with child, then spend for them till they bring forth their burden. Then, if they give suck for you, give them their due payment and consult together in kindness; but if ye make difficulties for one another, then let some other woman give suck for him the father of the child. Dr. GhaliMake them dwell in some part of the housing where you are dwelling, according to your means, and do not try to hurt them, so as to straiten their circumstances. And in case they are with burden, pregnant then expend upon them until they bring forth their burden. So in case they suckle for you, then bring them their rewards, and deliberate among yourselves beneficently; and in case you both encounter difficulties, then another woman shall suckle for him. Abdel HaleemHouse the wives you are divorcing according to your means, wherever you house yourselves, and do not harass them so as to make their lives difficult. If they are pregnant, maintain them until they are delivered of their burdens; if they suckle your infants, pay them for it. Consult together in a good way- if you make difficulties for one another, another woman may suckle the child for the father–– Muhammad Junagarhiتم اپنی طاقت کے مطابق جہاں تم رہتے ہو وہاں ان طلاق والی عورتوں کو رکھو اور انہیں تنگ کرنے کے لیے تکلیف نہ پہنچاؤ اور اگر وه حمل سے ہوں تو جب تک بچہ پیدا ہولے انہیں خرچ دیتے رہا کرو پھر اگر تمہارے کہنے سے وہی دودھ پلائیں تو تم انہیں ان کی اجرت دے دو اور باہم مناسب طور پر مشوره کر لیا کرو اور اگر تم آپس میں کشمکش کرو تو اس کے کہنے سے کوئی اور دودھ پلائے گی Ala-Maududi 666 Believers, guard yourselves and your kindred against a Fire whose fuel is human beings and stones,[16] a Fire held in the charge of fierce and stern angels who never disobey what He has commanded them, and always do what they are bidden.[17] 16. This verse tells that a person’s responsibility is not confined to making effort to save himself from the punishment of God but it is also his responsibility that he should so educate and also train to the best of his ability members of his family to become Allah’s favorite servants, who have been entrusted to his care in the natural process of life; and if they might be following a path to Hell, he should try, as much as he can, to correct them. His concern should not only be that his children should lead a happy and prosperous life in the world but, more than that, he should be anxious to see that they do not become fuel of Hell in the Hereafter. According to a tradition reported in Bukhari by Abdullah bin Umar, the Prophet peace be upon him said Each one of you is a herdsman and is accountable with regard to his herd. The ruler is a herdsman and is accountable with regard to his subjects. The man is a herdsman of his family and is accountable with regard to them. And the woman is a herdsman of her husband’s house and his children and is accountable with regard to them. “Whose fuel…stone’ probably implies coal. Ibn Masud, Ibn Abbas, Mujahid, Imam Muhammad al-Baqir and Suddi say that this will be brimstone. 17. That is, they will enforce on every culprit precisely the same punishment which they will be commanded to enforce on him without making any alteration in it, or showing any pity for him. Ibn-Kathir 6. Lodge them where you dwell, according to what you have, and do not harm them so as to suppress them. And if they are pregnant, then spend on them till they lay down their burden. Then if they suckle the children for you, give them their due payment, and let each of you deal with each other in a mannerly way. But if you make difficulties for one another, then some other woman may suckle for him. 7. Let the rich man spend according to his means; and the man whose resources are restricted, let him spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah puts no burden on any person beyond what He has given him. Allah will grant after hardship, ease. The Divorced Woman has the Right to Decent Accommodations, and what is Reasonable Allah the Exalted orders His faithful servants that when one of them divorces his wife, he should provide housing for her until the end of her `Iddah period, ﴿أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنتُم﴾ Lodge them where you dwell, means, with you, ﴿مِّن وُجْدِكُمْ﴾ according to what you have, Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid and several others said, it refers to “Your ability.” Qatadah said, “If you can only afford to accommodate her in a corner of your house, then do so.” Forbidding Ill-Treatment of Divorced Women Allah’s statement, ﴿وَلاَ تُضَآرُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ﴾ and do not harm them in order to suppress them. Muqatil bin Hayyan said, “meaning, do not annoy her to force her to pay her way out nor expel her from your house.” Ath-Thawri said from Mansur, from Abu Ad-Duha ﴿وَلاَ تُضَآرُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ﴾ and do not harm them in order to suppress them “He divorces her, and when a few days remain, he takes her back.” The Irrevocable Divorced Pregnant Woman has the Right of Support Maintenance from Her Husband until She gives Birth Allah said, ﴿وَإِن كُنَّ أُوْلَـتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنفِقُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ﴾ And if they are pregnant, then spend on them till they lay down their burden. This is about the woman who is irrevocably divorced. If she is pregnant, then she is to be spent on her until she lays down her burden. This is supported due to the fact that if she is revocably divorced, the she has then right to receive her support maintenance whether she is pregnant or not. The Divorced Mother may take Compensation for suckling Her Child Allah said, ﴿فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ﴾ Then if they suckle them for you, meaning, when pregnant women give birth and they are irrevocably divorced by the expiration of the `Iddah, then at that time they may either suckle the child or not. But that is only after she nourishes him with the milk, that is the early on milk which the infant’s well-being depends upon. Then, if she suckles, she has the right to compensation for it. She is allowed to enter into a contract with the father or his representative in return for whatever payment they agree to. This is why Allah the Exalted said, ﴿فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَـَاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ﴾ Then if they suckle the children for you, give them their due payment, Allah said, ﴿وَأْتَمِرُواْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِمَعْرُوفٍ﴾ and let each of you deal with each other in a mannerly way. meaning, the affairs of the divorced couple should be managed in a just way without causing harm to either one of them, just as Allah the Exalted said in Surat Al-Baqarah, ﴿لاَ تُضَآرَّ وَلِدَةٌ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلاَ مَوْلُودٌ لَّهُ بِوَلَدِهِ﴾ No mother shall be treated unfairly on account of her child, nor father on account of child. 2233 Allah said, ﴿وَإِن تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَى﴾ But if you make difficulties for one another, then some other woman may suckle for him. meaning, if the divorced couple disagrees, because the woman asks for an unreasonable fee for suckling their child, and the father refuses to pay the amount or offers an unreasonable amount, he may find another woman to suckle his child. If the mother agrees to accept the amount that was to be paid to the woman who agreed to suckle the child, then she has more right to suckle her own child. Allah’s statement, ﴿لِيُنفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِّن سَعَتِهِ﴾ Let the rich man spend according to his means; means, the wealthy father or his representative should spend on the child according to his means, ﴿وَمَن قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُ فَلْيُنفِقْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَاهُ اللَّهُ لاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْساً إِلاَّ مَآ ءَاتَاهَا﴾ and the man whose resources are restricted, let him spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah puts no burden on any person beyond what He has given him. This is as Allah said, ﴿لاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا﴾ Allah does not burden a person beyond what He can bear. ﴿2286﴾ A Story of a Woman who had Taqwa Allah’s statement; ﴿سَيَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْراً﴾ Allah will grant after hardship, ease. This is a sure promise from Him, and indeed, Allah’s promises are true and He never breaks them, This is an Allah’s saying; ﴿فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً – إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً ﴾ Verily, along with every hardship is relief. Verily, along with every hardship is relief. ﴿945-6﴾ There is a relevant Hadith that we should mention here. Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Hurayrah said, “A man and his wife from an earlier generation were poor. Once when the man came back from a journey, he went to his wife saying to her, while feeling hunger and fatigued, `Do you have anything to eat’ She said, `Yes, receive the good news of Allah’s provisions.’ He again said to her, `If you have anything to eat, bring it to me.’ She said, `Wait a little longer.’ She was awaiting Allah’s mercy. When the matter was prolonged, he said to her, `Get up and bring me whatever you have to eat, because I am real hungry and fatigued.’ She said, `I will. Soon I will open the oven’s cover, so do not be hasty.’ When he was busy and refrained from insisting for a while, she said to herself, `I should look in my oven.’ So she got up and looked in her oven and found it full of the meat of a lamb, and her mortar and pestle was full of seed grains; it was crushing the seeds on its own. So, she took out what was in the mortar and pestle, after shaking it to remove everything from inside, and also took the meat out that she found in the oven.” Abu Hurayrah added, “By He in Whose Hand is the life of Abu Al-Qasim Prophet Muhammad ! This is the same statement that Muhammad said, لَوْ أَخَذَتْ مَا فِي رَحْيَيْهَا وَلَمْ تَنْفُضْهَا لَطَحَنَتْهَا إِلى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَة» Had she taken out what was in her mortar and not emptied it fully by shaking it, it would have continued crushing the seeds until the Day of Resurrection.” Quick navigation links Talak Madaniyyah Surah ke-65 12 Ayat بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ 1 يٰٓاَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ اِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاۤءَ فَطَلِّقُوْهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَاَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ رَبَّكُمْۚ لَا تُخْرِجُوْهُنَّ مِنْۢ بُيُوْتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ اِلَّآ اَنْ يَّأْتِيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍۗ وَتِلْكَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰهِ ۗوَمَنْ يَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوْدَ اللّٰهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهٗ ۗ لَا تَدْرِيْ لَعَلَّ اللّٰهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ اَمْرًا yā ayyuhan-nabiyyu iżā ṭallaqtumun-nisā`a fa ṭalliqụhunna li'iddatihinna wa aḥṣul-'iddah, wattaqullāha rabbakum, lā tukhrijụhunna mim buyụtihinna wa lā yakhrujna illā ay ya`tīna bifāḥisyatim mubayyinah, wa tilka ḥudụdullāh, wa may yata'adda ḥudụdallāhi fa qad ẓalama nafsah, lā tadrī la'allallāha yuḥdiṡu ba'da żālika amrā Wahai Nabi! Apabila kamu menceraikan istri-istrimu maka hendaklah kamu ceraikan mereka pada waktu mereka dapat menghadapi idahnya yang wajar, dan hitunglah waktu idah itu, serta bertakwalah kepada Allah Tuhanmu. Janganlah kamu keluarkan mereka dari rumahnya dan janganlah diizinkan keluar kecuali jika mereka mengerjakan perbuatan keji yang jelas. Itulah hukum-hukum Allah, dan barangsiapa melanggar hukum-hukum Allah, maka sungguh, dia telah berbuat zalim terhadap dirinya sendiri. Kamu tidak mengetahui barangkali setelah itu Allah mengadakan suatu ketentuan yang baru. 2 فَاِذَا بَلَغْنَ اَجَلَهُنَّ فَاَمْسِكُوْهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوْفٍ اَوْ فَارِقُوْهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوْفٍ وَّاَشْهِدُوْا ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ مِّنْكُمْ وَاَقِيْمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلّٰهِ ۗذٰلِكُمْ يُوْعَظُ بِهٖ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ ەۗ وَمَنْ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ مَخْرَجًا ۙ fa iżā balagna ajalahunna fa amsikụhunna bima'rụfin au fāriqụhunna bima'rụfiw wa asy-hidụ żawai 'adlim mingkum wa aqīmusy-syahādata lillāh, żālikum yụ'aẓu bihī mang kāna yu`minu billāhi wal-yaumil-ākhir, wa may yattaqillāha yaj'al lahụ makhrajā Maka apabila mereka telah mendekati akhir idahnya, maka rujuklah kembali kepada mereka dengan baik atau lepaskanlah mereka dengan baik dan persaksikanlah dengan dua orang saksi yang adil di antara kamu dan hendaklah kamu tegakkan kesaksian itu karena Allah. Demikianlah pengajaran itu diberikan bagi orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat. Barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah niscaya Dia akan membukakan jalan keluar baginya, 3 وَّيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُۗ وَمَنْ يَّتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّٰهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهٗ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بَالِغُ اَمْرِهٖۗ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللّٰهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا wa yarzuq-hu min ḥaiṡu lā yaḥtasib, wa may yatawakkal 'alallāhi fa huwa ḥasbuh, innallāha bāligu amrih, qad ja'alallāhu likulli syai`ing qadrā dan Dia memberinya rezeki dari arah yang tidak disangka-sangkanya. Dan barangsiapa bertawakal kepada Allah, niscaya Allah akan mencukupkan keperluannya. Sesungguhnya Allah melaksanakan urusan-Nya. Sungguh, Allah telah mengadakan ketentuan bagi setiap sesuatu. 4 وَالّٰۤـِٔيْ يَىِٕسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيْضِ مِنْ نِّسَاۤىِٕكُمْ اِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلٰثَةُ اَشْهُرٍۙ وَّالّٰۤـِٔيْ لَمْ يَحِضْنَۗ وَاُولَاتُ الْاَحْمَالِ اَجَلُهُنَّ اَنْ يَّضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّۗ وَمَنْ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ يُسْرًا wal-lā`i ya`isna minal-maḥīḍi min nisā`ikum inirtabtum fa 'iddatuhunna ṡalāṡatu asy-huriw wal-lā`i lam yahiḍn, wa ulātul-aḥmāli ajaluhunna ay yaḍa'na ḥamlahunn, wa may yattaqillāha yaj'al lahụ min amrihī yusrā Perempuan-perempuan yang tidak haid lagi menopause di antara istri-istrimu jika kamu ragu-ragu tentang masa idahnya maka idahnya adalah tiga bulan; dan begitu pula perempuan-perempuan yang tidak haid. Sedangkan perempuan-perempuan yang hamil, waktu idah mereka itu ialah sampai mereka melahirkan kandungannya. Dan barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Dia menjadikan kemudahan baginya dalam urusannya. 5 ذٰلِكَ اَمْرُ اللّٰهِ اَنْزَلَهٗٓ اِلَيْكُمْۗ وَمَنْ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّاٰتِهٖ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهٗٓ اَجْرًا żālika amrullāhi anzalahū ilaikum, wa may yattaqillāha yukaffir 'an-hu sayyi`ātihī wa yu'ẓim lahū ajrā Itulah perintah Allah yang diturunkan-Nya kepada kamu; barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Allah akan menghapus kesalahan-kesalahannya dan akan melipatgandakan pahala baginya. 6 اَسْكِنُوْهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنْتُمْ مِّنْ وُّجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَاۤرُّوْهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوْا عَلَيْهِنَّۗ وَاِنْ كُنَّ اُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَاَنْفِقُوْا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتّٰى يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّۚ فَاِنْ اَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَاٰتُوْهُنَّ اُجُوْرَهُنَّۚ وَأْتَمِرُوْا بَيْنَكُمْ بِمَعْرُوْفٍۚ وَاِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهٗٓ اُخْرٰىۗ askinụhunna min ḥaiṡu sakantum miw wujdikum wa lā tuḍārrụhunna lituḍayyiqụ 'alaihinn, wa ing kunna ulāti ḥamlin fa anfiqụ 'alaihinna ḥattā yaḍa'na ḥamlahunn, fa in arḍa'na lakum fa ātụhunna ujụrahunn, wa`tamirụ bainakum bima'rụf, wa in ta'āsartum fa saturḍi'u lahū ukhrā Tempatkanlah mereka para istri di mana kamu bertempat tinggal menurut kemampuanmu dan janganlah kamu menyusahkan mereka untuk menyempitkan hati mereka. Dan jika mereka istri-istri yang sudah ditalak itu sedang hamil, maka berikanlah kepada mereka nafkahnya sampai mereka melahirkan, kemudian jika mereka menyusukan anak-anakmu maka berikanlah imbalannya kepada mereka; dan musyawarahkanlah di antara kamu segala sesuatu dengan baik; dan jika kamu menemui kesulitan, maka perempuan lain boleh menyusukan anak itu untuknya. 7 لِيُنْفِقْ ذُوْ سَعَةٍ مِّنْ سَعَتِهٖۗ وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهٗ فَلْيُنْفِقْ مِمَّآ اٰتٰىهُ اللّٰهُ ۗ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللّٰهُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا مَآ اٰتٰىهَاۗ سَيَجْعَلُ اللّٰهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُّسْرًا liyunfiq żụ sa'atim min sa'atih, wa mang qudira 'alaihi rizquhụ falyunfiq mimmā ātāhullāh, lā yukallifullāhu nafsan illā mā ātāhā, sayaj'alullāhu ba'da 'usriy yusrā Hendaklah orang yang mempunyai keluasan memberi nafkah menurut kemampuannya, dan orang yang terbatas rezekinya, hendaklah memberi nafkah dari harta yang diberikan Allah kepadanya. Allah tidak membebani kepada seseorang melainkan sesuai dengan apa yang diberikan Allah kepadanya. Allah kelak akan memberikan kelapangan setelah kesempitan. 8 وَكَاَيِّنْ مِّنْ قَرْيَةٍ عَتَتْ عَنْ اَمْرِ رَبِّهَا وَرُسُلِهٖ فَحَاسَبْنٰهَا حِسَابًا شَدِيْدًاۙ وَّعَذَّبْنٰهَا عَذَابًا نُّكْرًا wa ka`ayyim ming qaryatin 'atat 'an amri rabbihā wa rusulihī fa ḥāsabnāhā ḥisāban syadīdaw wa 'ażżabnāhā 'ażāban nukrā Dan betapa banyak penduduk negeri yang mendurhakai perintah Tuhan mereka dan rasul-rasul-Nya, maka Kami buat perhitungan terhadap penduduk negeri itu dengan perhitungan yang ketat, dan Kami azab mereka dengan azab yang mengerikan di akhirat, 9 فَذَاقَتْ وَبَالَ اَمْرِهَا وَكَانَ عَاقِبَةُ اَمْرِهَا خُسْرًا fa żāqat wa bāla amrihā wa kāna 'āqibatu amrihā khusrā sehingga mereka merasakan akibat yang buruk dari perbuatannya, dan akibat perbuatan mereka, itu adalah kerugian yang besar. 10 اَعَدَّ اللّٰهُ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيْدًا ۖفَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ يٰٓاُولِى الْاَلْبَابِۛ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا ۛ قَدْ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ اِلَيْكُمْ ذِكْرًاۙ a'addallāhu lahum 'ażāban syadīdan fattaqullāha yā ulil-albāb, allażīna āmanụ qad anzalallāhu ilaikum żikrā Allah menyediakan azab yang keras bagi mereka, maka bertakwalah kepada Allah wahai orang-orang yang mempunyai akal! Yaitu orang-orang yang beriman. Sungguh, Allah telah menurunkan peringatan kepadamu, 11 رَّسُوْلًا يَّتْلُوْا عَلَيْكُمْ اٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ مُبَيِّنٰتٍ لِّيُخْرِجَ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ مِنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوْرِۗ وَمَنْ يُّؤْمِنْۢ بِاللّٰهِ وَيَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا يُّدْخِلْهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَآ اَبَدًاۗ قَدْ اَحْسَنَ اللّٰهُ لَهٗ رِزْقًا rasụlay yatlụ 'alaikum āyātillāhi mubayyinātil liyukhrijallażīna āmanụ wa 'amiluṣ-ṣāliḥāti minaẓ-ẓulumāti ilan-nụr, wa may yu`mim billāhi wa ya'mal ṣāliḥay yudkhil-hu jannātin tajrī min taḥtihal-an-hāru khālidīna fīhā abadā, qad aḥsanallāhu lahụ rizqā dengan mengutus seorang Rasul yang membacakan ayat-ayat Allah kepadamu yang menerangkan bermacam-macam hukum, agar Dia mengeluarkan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan kebajikan, dari kegelapan kepada cahaya. Dan barangsiapa beriman kepada Allah dan mengerjakan kebajikan, niscaya Dia akan memasukkannya ke dalam surga-surga yang mengalir di bawahnya sungai-sungai; mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya. Sungguh, Allah memberikan rezeki yang baik kepadanya. 12 اَللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ وَّمِنَ الْاَرْضِ مِثْلَهُنَّۗ يَتَنَزَّلُ الْاَمْرُ بَيْنَهُنَّ لِتَعْلَمُوْٓا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ەۙ وَّاَنَّ اللّٰهَ قَدْ اَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا allāhullażī khalaqa sab'a samāwātiw wa minal-arḍi miṡlahunn, yatanazzalul-amru bainahunna lita'lamū annallāha 'alā kulli syai`ing qadīruw wa annallāha qad aḥāṭa bikulli syai`in 'ilmā Allah yang menciptakan tujuh langit dan dari penciptaan bumi juga serupa. Perintah Allah berlaku padanya, agar kamu mengetahui bahwa Allah Mahakuasa atas segala sesuatu, dan ilmu Allah benar-benar meliputi segala sesuatu. BerikutnyaSurat At Tahrim
